Shipping policy

We ship with a third party provider.

We generally dispatch orders the same or next working day once payment has been confirmed and not prior. 

  • If you will not be home between 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, please provide your work address. 
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you after order has been dispatched.
  • Delays can occur during peak times especially around Christmas/New Year, dependent on courier schedules.
  • Delays due to interisland ferry disruptions can happen from time to time and are out of our control.


Please ensure that your address is correct before paying, we have no responsibility for parcels that are sent to a wrong address you provide. However, we are happy to help you to chase up parcel if you let us know within 24 hours.
