50 year old vines planted by Joseph's grandfather. Certified organic (EU Bio).

Terraced vineyards, poor löss soils over solid amphibolite-gneiss rock.

65% direct press in stainless steel. 35% whole bunch, fermented on the skins for 19 days, then pressed to neutral oak.

Elegant and pure expression, balanced and poised.

Unfined and unflitered.

11.7% ABV.

Minimal added sulphites.
