Sauvignon Blanc from the alluvial Waipara flats. Silty clay over sandy gravels.

70% direct press, 30% destemmed and fermented on the skins for three weeks. Fermented separately in old oak barrels and blended prior to bottling.

Salty, acid driven and textural.

Unfined and unfiltered.

11.5% ABV

Minimal added sulphites.
