2025 Morillon Chardonnay

BioGro certified Chardonnay from 30 year old vines at the Mora vineyard in Pisa. This is Central Otago’s oldest certified organic vineyard, established in 1993. Alluvial schist gravels overlaid with clay, silt and sand.

67% clone 121, 33% clone 548. Foot stomped overnight at harvest. Fermented in neutral oak, racked to stainless after nine months where it stayed on fine lees for a further 6 months. 

Vibrantly textured, saline, purity & energy. 

Unfined and unfiltered.

12.5% ABV.

Minimal added sulphites.
